Aims & Scope

Aims to provide a platform to share insights, innovations, and critical approaches from the results of legal research in Indonesia and across countries, focusing on examining and exploring legal norms and the theoretical and practical implications of the phenomenon of Legal Pluralism in indigenous peoples, with special emphasis on the role of Customary Law and Local Wisdom, on the regulation of social relations and indigenous peoples' activities, based on values, norms, and traditions that have been passed down from generation to generation.
