About the Journal The journal Theory and Practice of Public Administration publishes articles featuring original scientific research findings within the specialty 281 "Public Management and Administration." It serves as a platform for the exchange of research outcomes, the analysis of theoretical frameworks, and the formulation of practical recommendations aimed at enhancing the efficacy of public administration and local self-government. Thematic Scope of the Journal: Development of the Public Administration System in Ukraine State Regulation of Economic and Social Development Processes Directions for Reforming the Local Self-Government System in Ukraine Specifics of Implementing State Personnel Policy in Ukraine Foreign Policy and National Security Purpose of the Journal: The aim of the journal is to establish and sustain a high-quality academic platform for scholars and practitioners dedicated to investigating issues within the field of study 28 "Public Management and Administration" (including axiological, economic, educational, social, legal, political science, sociological, environmental, philosophical, and military aspects). Furthermore, it seeks to foster the development of innovative approaches and the elaboration of recommendations targeted at refining the public administration system to achieve intended outcomes and productive societal transformations. Primary Objectives of the Journal: Establishing an open platform to cultivate an international academic space and facilitate the exchange of contemporary research and expert knowledge between scholars and public management practitioners.
