Aims & Scope

The Journal of Economics and Management (JEM) is an internationally recognized, peer-reviewed, multidisciplinary academic journal indexed in Scopus. The journal publishes high-quality, methodologically rigorous research that advances theory and practice in economics, management, business, and finance, with particular emphasis on issues of contemporary relevance and international significance. JEM provides a platform for scholars and practitioners to present original theoretical, conceptual, and empirical research, as well as rigorous review articles, contributing to the development of economic and managerial sciences. The journal encourages interdisciplinary perspectives and welcomes studies integrating insights from information systems and digital technologies, organizational studies, sociology, and communication, provided they are clearly related to economic, financial, business, or managerial phenomena. The journal aims to foster academic debate, promote methodological rigor and academic integrity, support the international exchange of ideas, and facilitate the translation of research findings into practical applications. Through the publication of innovative and relevant research, JEM aims to contribute to the advancement of scientific knowledge and to enhance understanding of complex economic and managerial phenomena in a global context.
