Aims & Scope

Gdańskie Studia Prawnicze is a scientific journal of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk, published since 1997, providing a space for disseminating achievements and research results in the field of legal sciences. The journal is published quarterly. Each issue of the journal is dedicated to a specific topic. Scientific supervision over individual issues is provided by scientists specializing in a given research topic to ensure a high substantive level of the content published in the journal. The structure of the journal assumes its division into 3 parts – articles and commentaries, case law, and varia (reviews, notes, reports, etc.).
