Aims & Scope

Kyiv-Mohyla Law and Politics Journal is an international, interdisciplinary and peer-reviewed online journal. The main office is based at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy , Ukraine. Maintaining high standards and academic ethics, the journal is published once a year. Kyiv-Mohyla Law and Politics Journal covers the broad areas of Law and Politics, focusing mainly on Jurisprudence, Constitutional and International Law Issues, Political Theory and Methodology, and European Studies. Kyiv-Mohyla Law and Politics Journal creates an international community of authors to set up an open dialogue on the rule of law, theory of argumentation, comparative constitutional law, international human rights, international environmental law, international business law, post-Soviet politics, transitional studies, EU politics and policies, the process of Europeanization, international relations and comparative politics in CEE, and political theory and methodology. With its uniquely broad coverage, the journal offers readers new researches relevant to the field. Kyiv-Mohyla Law and Politics Journal provides immediate Open Access to its content on the principle that makes research freely available to the public and supports a great global exchange of knowledge. Kyiv-Mohyla Law and Politics Journal is published in English; articles in other languages are not considered for publication. Kyiv-Mohyla Law and Politics Journal does not accept articles of low quality, articles published previously, or commercial articles. Advertisements cannot be printed in the journal. The editorial board of Kyiv-Mohyla Law and Politics Journal may not share the authors’ points of view.
