Aims & Scope

The Iranian South Medical Journal(Iran South Med J) is a bimonthly peer review health & biomedical publication. The aim of journal is to provide a scientific medium of communication for the researchers & health care providers. This journal is publishing articles related to the health issues, biomedical conditions & clinical diseases within South part of Iran, North of Persian Gulf and Oman Sea. This geographical part of the continent is a tropical and subtropical region which is indigenous to tropical or subtropical diseases & health related conditions. This why the journal called “Ṭibb-i junūb” which is a Persian Name means “Iranian South Medical Journal”. It covers all geographical & tropical related Health & Medical Sciences concerns including all fields of Health Sciences, Health Professions & Basic and Clinical Sciences as well. The journal publishes Original, Review, Case Report, Book Review, Letter to Editor, Response, and Short Communication articles. All is aimed to create an atmosphere to exchange successful and valuable experiences in health & medical sciences..
