Aims & Scope

Research in Applied and Basic Medical Sciences (RABMS) is an international, multidisciplinary, peer-reviewed, and open-access journal. It is published quarterly in electronic format by Urmia University of Medical Sciences (UMSU). The journal offers unrestricted access (Open Access) to its content. There are no charges for manuscript submission, processing, publication, or even color reproduction of photographs. All submissions undergo a thorough peer review process by the Editorial Board and referees specializing in relevant fields. We welcome papers that meet a high standard of scientific excellence, as evaluated through international peer review. To ensure long-term digital preservation and restoration, Research in Applied and Basic Medical Sciences employs a digital archive through the Eprint Repository. We invite researchers, scholars, and practitioners to contribute their valuable work to Research in Applied and Basic Medical Sciences and be part of our mission to advance global knowledge in health sciences.
