Aims & Scope

Suomen antropologi: Journal of the Finnish Anthropological Society publishes scholarly articles, review articles, research reports, critical essays, conference reports, book reviews, and news and information in the field of anthropology and related studies generally. We particularly encourage the use of Suomen antropologi as a publishing venue for material by scholars working outside the academic mainstream—whether from other ‘small countries’ like Finland or non-English speaking countries, those working in new or under-represented research areas or those wishing to present innovative theoretical or substantive findings
