Aims & Scope
Management – Journal of Contemporary Management Issues (MJCMI) is an international academic journal, with the fundamental goal of bringing relevant knowledge and scientific information from the field of business, as well as multidisciplinary research, of significance for the theory and practice of management of contemporary organizations – business, non-profit, and public. We are dedicated to anonymous review and open access practices and wish to encourage scientific dialogue between the research communities of Central, Eastern, and Southeastern Europe with those from developed market economies, as well as from developing economies, in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. We publish research from the business area, which advances the development and competitiveness of individuals, organizations, and societies as a whole.
