Aims & Scope

The International Journal of Management, Knowledge and Learning (IJMKL) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal publishing research in management, organizational learning, education, and entrepreneurship. The journal publishes original and review scientific articles, empirical research, and professional papers in English, shaping the global dialogue on contemporary management and pedagogical approaches. All articles are freely available in accordance with the principles of open access and the DORA declaration, making the research widely accessible and visible in the international academic environment. The journal operates on a Diamond Open Access model, meaning that we do not charge APCs at any stage of submission, peer review, or publication, and thus adheres to the principles of the UNESCO Recommendation on Open Science.
