Mljekarstvo je međunarodni znanstveni časopis, otvorenog pristupa, koji kontinuirano izlazi od 1951. godine. Rezultati istraživanja domaćih i inozemnih znanstvenika i stručnjaka uvijek nađu mjesto za objavu u časopisu Mljekarstvo. Časopis uređuju eminentni mljekarski stručnjaci zaposleni na fakultetima, znanstvenim ustanovama i mljekarskim tvrtkama.
