Aims & Scope
Cakrawala: Jurnal Pendidikan is a high-quality, international peer-reviewed journal dedicated to the advancement of contemporary educational theories and transformative teaching practices. The journal is published by the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), Universitas Pancasakti Tegal, and serves as a critical forum for scholarly discourse on the evolution of pedagogy in a globalized context. The journal prioritizes original empirical research and rigorous theoretical analyses that address the following specialized domains: 1. Transformative Pedagogy & Curriculum Innovation Focuses on the design, implementation, and evaluation of modern teaching methodologies. We prioritize studies on: Learner-centered pedagogical frameworks. Next-generation curriculum development and 21st-century skills. Adaptive learning environments and instructional design. 2. Digital Transformation in Education (EdTech) Investigates the intersection of technology and teaching-learning processes, specifically: Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning integration in classroom settings. Efficacy of Blended, Hybrid, and Virtual learning models. Digital literacy and ethics in educational technology. 3. Teacher Agency & Professionalism Examines the lifecycle of educator development, with an emphasis on: Reflective practice and teacher identity. Pre-service and in-service training effectiveness. Educational leadership and school-based management. 4. Psychological Foundations & Student Well-being Addresses the psychological dimensions that influence academic success, including: Cognitive and socio-emotional development in educational contexts. Guidance and counseling interventions in schools. Inclusive education and specialized support for diverse learners. 5. Subject-Specific Didactics Rigorous research on the methodologies of teaching specific disciplines: Linguistics and Language Teaching (EFL/ESL). STEM Education (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). Social Sciences and Humanities Education.
