Teoría y Derecho is a Journal of Legal Thought with which the Editorial Tirant aims to develop a space for intellectual creation in which intelligence and reflection at the highest level are the protagonists. The first commitment of Teoría y Derecho is to quality. To this end, a rigorous system for selecting original works has been established and a high-level Scientific Committee and Editorial Committee have been structured. The other central lines of the journal are the plurality that is absolutely evident in all debates, the originality of the contents and the interdisciplinary vision that they must have.
