Aims & Scope

Jornal de Políticas Educacionais (JPE) is an online, continuous-flow, open-access journal. It publishes articles in Portuguese, English, or Spanish. It is organized and maintained by researchers from the Núcleo de Políticas Educacionais – NuPE, of the Setor de Educação da UFPR, since 2007. It aims to publish unpublished articles in the area of Educational Policies, covering topics that involve the analysis of policies at all levels and modalities of education, as well as the evaluation of educational policies, educational planning and management, education funding, comparative education, among other topics in this field of knowledge. The JPE also has a "Theses and Dissertations" section which is intended for the scientific dissemination of the work of graduates from the Educational Policies Line of the PPGE of UFPR.
