Aims & Scope

Papeles de Europa (ISSN-e: 1989-5917) is a scientific periodical published by the Instituto Complutense de Estudios Internacionales (ICEI), aiming to contribute to the major economic, social, political, and institutional debates related to Europe, the world economy, economic development, and international relations. It was initially founded as Papeles del Este. Post-Communist Transitions. After 2004, following the incorporation of most of these countries into the EU, the journal broadened its scope. We hope to have the active participation of researchers and scholars in these fields, who can use the journal to disseminate their work. We also aim for the collaboration of our readers, whose criticisms and suggestions will be welcomed.
