Aims & Scope

La Revista Catalana de Dret Ambiental (RCDA) és una publicació adreçada a la divulgació de la investigació científica i les novetats normatives i jurisprudencials en l'àmbit del Dret ambiental. En particular, les línies temàtiques d’interès per a la RCDA són aquelles relatives al dret i a les polítiques ambientals en l’àmbit local, autonòmic i nacional espanyol, així com en l’àmbit europeu i internacional. Addicionalment, poden ser d’interès els treballs que presentin perspectives comparades o transnacionals. La Revista publica estudis (articles científics que analitzen en profunditat una temàtica relacionada amb el dret i les polítiques ambientals), notes (articles curts dedicats a qüestions concretes d'actualitat), cròniques (repassos generals de l'actualitat en matèria de dret ambiental en diversos àmbits normatius), ressenyes bibliogràfiques i documentació.
