The journal has the mission to distribute the results of scientific research of students, master and PhD students, professors of administrative sciences, the staff of local and central public administration institutions, the magistrates in order to preserve and promote the national elements, on one hand, and to assimilate the European element in the administrative system on the other hand. The editorial board estimates that the assumed objectives of this journal could be achieved and the national and European cooperation would transform this goal into reality.
