Aims & Scope
The scientific journal The Medical and Ecological Problems is aimed at advancing contemporary research and disseminating the results of fundamental and applied studies in the fields of biology, biotechnology, medicine, and medical rehabilitation. Scope The journal serves as a platform for highlighting current issues at the intersection of natural sciences, medicine, environmental medicine, and bioengineering technologies. The publication supports the principles of medical ecology, including research on the impact of environmental factors on human health, assessment of environmental risks - particularly in wartime, prevention of environmentally related diseases, and the creation of a safe living environment. The journal places special emphasis on the scientific substantiation of post-war recovery strategies, including rehabilitation of affected populations, overcoming the consequences of war-related environmental threats, restoration of public health, psychophysical adaptation, and sustainable territorial development. The journal ensures international scientific communication, supports interdisciplinary research, and promotes the integration of Ukrainian science into the global scientific community. Objectives To publish the results of fundamental and applied research in biology, biotechnology, medicine, and rehabilitation. To promote the development of innovative technologies in diagnostics, treatment, and health recovery. To highlight current issues and seek solutions at the intersection of natural and medical sciences, medical ecology, and bioengineering technologies. To promote interdisciplinary approaches for developing comprehensive healthcare strategies. To ensure high standards of peer review and adherence to the principles of academic integrity. To foster international cooperation through the publication of English-language articles and the development of global scientific connections. To support young researchers, PhD students, and doctoral candidates by disseminating the results of their studies. Target Audience The journal is intended for researchers, practicing physicians, biotechnologists, biomedical engineers, and specialists in public health, environmental medicine, and medical rehabilitation who seek to integrate modern scientific knowledge into practice, healthcare policy, and post-war recovery strategies.
