Aims & Scope

Asy-Syari'ah specializes in Theoretical Foundations and Practical Applications of Islamic Jurisprudence in Global Contexts, with a distinctive focus on bridging classical Islamic legal principles ( fiqh ) with contemporary challenges in technology, evolving frameworks in family law, socio-economic development, transformation of constitutional structures and civic life, growth and enforcement of penal regulations, and environmental sustainability. Dedicated to disseminating innovative, practice-oriented scholarship, the journal serves as an international platform for researchers, policymakers, and practitioners to explore solutions rooted in Islamic ethics. By fostering dialogue between tradition and modernity, it aims to address globally relevant issues through localized, culturally sensitive frameworks.
