Aims & Scope

TheINVEST Journal of Sharia and Economic Lawis an academic journal dedicated to the study of Islamic economic law (muʿāmalah) and its role in shaping ethical and institutional frameworks for economic governance that support sustainable development. The journal publishes research that examines Islamic legal principles, ethical reasoning, and regulatory frameworks in relation to economic activities, financial institutions, and public policy. The journal welcomes both normative and empirical legal research on Islamic economic law, economic governance, and related regulatory frameworks, including statutory, conceptual, case, and comparative legal analyses, as well as socio-legal studies, field research, and policy analyses. The journal aims to contribute toSDGs 1(No Poverty),8(Decent Work and Economic Growth),12(Responsible Consumption and Production), and16(Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions) through research that advances the sustainable development goals.
