Aims & Scope

Mechanical (e-ISSN 2460-1888 and p-ISSN 2087-1880 ) is a peer-reviewed journal that publishes scientific articles from the disciplines of mechanical engineering, which includes the field of study (peer) material, production and manufacturing, construction and energy conversion. Articles published in the journal Mechanical include results of original scientific research (original), and a scientific review article (review). MECHANICAL accept original as well as critical review contributions providing insight in the field of manufacturing and industrial mechanics i.e. green manufacturing, analytical and computational of rigid-body mechanics (e.g. dynamics, vibration, stability), structural mechanics, materials processing, metal forming, advanced materials (metals, composite, polymer, ceramics, cellular, smart, etc.), biomaterials and biomechanics, fluid dynamics, tribology, thermodynamics, energy and sustainability, and other related aspects to Mechanical Engineering and Technology.

A twelfth criterion — whether APC fees are clearly disclosed — is not scored here; it is left out of the total rather than counted as a failure. Publication charges appear in the metrics card above.
