Aims & Scope
The primary objective of the Journal of Human and Work is to contribute high-quality empirical and theoretical studies produced across all subfields of Management Sciences (Strategy, Entrepreneurship, DEI, SSR, etc.), while maintaining a focus on Organizational Behavior, in line with the inclusive vision of the Management Academy Association. Our journal aims to establish a strong link between academic knowledge and practical applications in understanding management processes at the individual, group, and organizational levels; to enhance scientific quality; to improve the experience of authors and reviewers; and to provide social benefit. In line with the inclusive mission of the Management Academy Association, the Journal of Human and Work has expanded its publication focus to cover all subfields of Management Sciences as of 2026. Every article submitted to our journal will be carefully evaluated by the relevant Field Editors according to the areas of expertise listed below. Updated Publication Scope and Subfields Our journal accepts studies at the individual, group, and organizational levels within the following areas of expertise: • OMT (Management and Organizational Theory): Organizational structures, theoretical approaches, and management theories. • OB (Organizational Behavior): Attitudes, behaviors, and dynamics at the individual and group levels. • HRM (Human Resource Management): Strategic HR practices, talent management, and employee development. • CMS (Critical Management Studies): Critical perspectives and alternative approaches to management practices. • DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion): Inclusion, equal opportunity, and diversity management in organizations. • EDTI (Entrepreneurship, Digital Technology, and Innovation): New ventures, digital transformation processes, and innovation management. • SSR (Strategy and Sustainability Research): Strategic management models and corporate sustainability studies. • HCMI (Healthcare Management and Informatics): Healthcare institution management and information technologies in healthcare.
