The Fırat University Journal of Social Sciences (p-ISSN 1300-9702, e-ISSN 2149-3243) is a peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal dedicated to advancing research and scholarly dialogue in the fields of humanities , social sciences , and economics . The journal aims to foster theoretical, empirical, and critical studies that contribute to a deeper understanding of cultural , historical , political , social , and economic phenomena. The journal encourages submissions that are interdisciplinary in nature and engage with complex social realities from a human-centered perspective . It places special emphasis on research that explores the intersections of society , culture , and communication within local , national , and global contexts.
