Aims & Scope

The International Journal of Orthodox Theology (IJOT) is a scientific, peer-reviewed, open-access journal, with the main aim of promoting a high level of scientific Orthodox Theology in interdisciplinary and intercultural contexts. IJOT lends expression to competent voices of orthodox and ecumenical theologians from universities worldwide, promoting an excellent scientific community interested in a dynamic orthodox tradition and culture, open to a constructive ecumenical dialogue – "ut omnes unum sint".
