Revista Latinoamericana de Filosofía Política
Centro de Investigaciones Filosóficas · Argentina
Aims & Scope
The Revista Latinoamericana de Filosofía Política (RLFP) is an academic online journal specialized in political philosophy, publishing original contributions in Spanish and English. Its main goal is to create an academic debate forum accessible to both the Ibero-American and international communities interested in general political theory and specialized topics of justice, both regionally and globally. Given its origin from a Latin American academic group, topics involving developing countries, particularly regarding the stimuli and obstacles for the consolidation of democracy, are of significant interest. However, in today's imperfectly globalized world, crises and profound political and social changes in other regions also directly influence the situations and future perspectives of all others. The RLFP is focused on the current state of a world undergoing profound political transformation and adopts a cosmopolitan view of its difficulties and expectations. It is aimed at an academic audience in political philosophy, philosophy of law, and ethics. All received articles will be submitted in anonymous version to a double-blind external evaluation and must meet rigorous standards of excellence.
