Aims & Scope

The journal ofCivil Jurisprudence Doctrines(CJD) is a distinguished peer-reviewed academic publication dedicated to advancing the study and understanding of civil law and its theoretical foundations. Published by Razavi University of Islamic Sciences, the journal provides an open-access platform for scholars, legal practitioners, and researchers to disseminate original research articles that explore diverse aspects of civil jurisprudence, including doctrinal analysis, case law interpretation, legislative developments, and comparative civil law studies. The target group of the journal is postgraduate students, doctoral students, professors and faculty members. The aim and scope of the journal is to welcome outstanding original contributions in fiqh and Islamic private law and to widen study concerning to them.. it hope to create scholarly relationship. A: Creating the ground for more cooperation between researchers inside and outside the country. And: Publication and transfer of scientific findings of educational and research centers, especially the findings of professors, master's and doctoral students.
