The aims of the journal ofStudies of Islamic Jurisprudence and Basis of Law(SIJBL) can be summarized as follows: Advance Scholarly Research: To promote and disseminate high-quality academic research in the fields of Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh) and the foundational principles of Islamic law (Usul al-Fiqh), contributing to the global understanding of Islamic legal thought. Bridge Tradition and Modernity: To foster a dialogue between traditional Islamic scholarship and modern academic methodologies, exploring the theoretical, historical, and contemporary dimensions of Islamic law. Encourage Interdisciplinary Inquiry: To provide a platform for interdisciplinary studies that examine the philosophical, ethical, and practical aspects of Islamic jurisprudence and its application in diverse contexts. Promote Global Discourse: To contribute to the international discourse on Islamic law by addressing its relevance to contemporary legal, social, and ethical challenges. Ensure Academic Excellence: To uphold the highest standards of academic rigor by subjecting all submissions to a thorough peer-review process conducted by experts in the field.
