The aims of the journal ofStudies of Islamic Jurisprudence and Basis of Law(SIJBL) can be summarized as follows: Advance Scholarly Research: To promote and disseminate high-quality academic research in the fields of Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh) and the foundational principles of Islamic law (Usul al-Fiqh), contributing to the global understanding of Islamic legal thought. Promote Global Discourse: To contribute to the international discourse on Islamic law by addressing its relevance to contemporary legal, social, and ethical challenges.
