Aims & Scope
The Journal of Islamic Law Research (ILRJ) , a quarterly, tri-lingual, fully open-access, and double-blind peer-reviewed publication, encourages discussion on all branches of the field of Law, emphasizing and interacting with classical and modern Islamic Law. It aims to promote an understanding of Islamic law, in both theory and practice, from its emergence to modern times and from juridical, historical, and social-scientific perspectives. Islamic Law Research bridges East-West researchers and readers and presents up-to-date research. We hope that, with God's help and the dedicated efforts of the academic community in presenting substantial and valuable legal research, which the Journal of Islamic Law Research warmly welcomes, we will contribute to the enrichment of the authentic knowledge of Islamic law.
