Aims & Scope

GECONTEC: Revista Internacional de Gestión del Conocimiento y la Tecnología offers open access academic content focused on exploring and analyzing management, knowledge management, international business, and technology in organizations. The journal drives academic debate through empirical, methodological, theoretical, and applied approaches, aiming to deepen understanding and improve the practical application of these topics in organizational contexts. A rigorous double-blind peer-review process ensures the quality and originality of each accepted manuscript. GECONTEC publishes continuously two volumes per year—corresponding to the periods January-June and July-December—and occasionally collaborates with international scientific institutions to launch special editions.
