Aims & Scope

TV/Series, launched in 2012, is the first scientific journal to welcome articles in French and English on audiovisual serial fictions from any country. These fictions are analyzed as narrative, aesthetic, and ideological works, unfolding across multiple distribution platforms. The journal is a pioneer in its multidisciplinary exploration of the cultural issues of seriality and repetition raised by audiovisual fiction, drawing on literature, narratology, philosophy, visual studies, cultural studies, geography, history, sociology, etc.
