Aims & Scope
Annals of the „Ovidius” University of Constanta – Political Science Series(AUOC-SP) is a scientific journal devoted to political studies, international relations, and inter-disciplinary sciences, published annually in print and digital format by the Faculty of History and Political Science of the „Ovidius” University of Constanta. Since the beginning, our goal has been to make AUOC-SP a high-impact academic publication that will make a great contribution to the debates in political science. The recognition of this effort can be seen in the growing internationalization of our collaborators and the articles received. At the same time, we have made strides in the indexing processes of several international databases which further attest the high academic quality of our publication. Attesting to the prestige of the journal, the members of the International Advisory Board – renowned researchers in political science and international relations from Romania, as well as Belgium, Canada, Chile, Czech Republic, Italy, and Spain – play a most important role in ensuring that the journal meets the highest academic standards. The journal’s continued growth and improvement would not be possible without the thorough and valuable work provided by the members of the International Advisory Board, its editors, and reviewers, both national and international. It is thanks to all their efforts that AUOC-SP has managed to evolve and reach new curricular visions in its strive for academic excellence, plurality and openness. From volume 9/2020, AUOC-SPpublishes Open Access. This means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author.
