Aims & Scope

**About Us** The [Asian Journal for Public Opinion Research (AJPOR)](http://ajpor.org) is the journal of the [Asian Network for Public Opinion Research (ANPOR)](http://anpor.net) and the [Korean Association for Survey Research (KASR)](http://kasr.org). It is an open access journal published quarterly online by the Center for Asian Public Opinion Research & Collaboration Initiative (CAPORCI) at Chungnam National University in South Korea. The first issue was published in November 2013. For more information about ANPOR, see [www.anpor.net](http://www.anpor.net); for more information about KASR, see [www.kasr.org](http://kasr.org). We are currently accepting submissions related to public opinion in Asia. Original research on methodology or public opinion polls as well as research notes, book reviews, poll reviews, and extended abstracts of papers previously published in another Asian language will all be considered. All submissions should be submitted via Scholastica. If you have any questions or difficulties using the system, please email [email protected]. AJPOR is indexed in Scopus, DOAJ, and the Korean Citation Index. **Open Access** AJPOR is an open access journal. The articles are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution Non-Commercial License (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/) which permits unrestricted non-commercial use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited. **Archiving Policy** This journal follows the deposit policy (self-archiving policy) of Sherpa/Romeo (http://www.sherpa.ac.uk/). **Objectives** AJPOR promotes: 1. the use of scientific methods in learning what people and various sub-groups think and how this thinking is influenced by various factors. 2. the worldwide promotion of public opinion research in Asia. 3. international collaboration and exchange among academic and commercial researchers, journalists and political actors, as well as between the representatives of the different scientific disciplines. **Funding Note** This journal was supported by the National Research Foundation of Korea Grant funding by the Korean Government (MOE). **Publication Schedule** This journal is published 4 times per year in an online format on the last day of the following months: February May August November **Contact Us** [email protected]
