Aims & Scope

The journal publishes scientific and theoretical as well as practical materials related to topical general theoretical and sectoral legal issues, law enforcement practice, legislative proposals, foreign legal experience, constitutional, judicial-legal and administrative-legal reforms. The aim is to publish peer-reviewed scholarly articles containing original research findings in the field of law and related legal disciplines, to promote the development of legal science in Ukraine and its integration into the European and global academic community, as well as to establish a platform for scholarly dialogue between domestic and foreign legal scholars. The publication aims to disseminate current scientific findings in the theory and history of state and law, as well as in constitutional, criminal, civil, commercial, administrative, international, and other branches of law, thereby contributing to the development of legal thought in the context of European integration processes and legal reform in Ukraine.
