Aims & Scope

AJAB is aimed at publishing original research articles, short communications and review articles in all disciplines of agriculture and biological sciences. Coverage and scope of AJAB includes the following but not limited to: Agricultural sciences that include the technologies of soil cultivation, crop cultivation and harvesting, and the processing of plant products for human consumption and use. Biological sciences that include molecular medicine, ecology and the environment, genetic regulation of plant and animal development, microbial physiology, and cell dynamics and motility Nanobiotechnology that introduces special physicochemical and biological properties of nanoparticles / nanostructures and their applications in various areas like veterinary, agriculture, medicine and environment. Environmental sciences that cover areas of soil related research, residues and food quality. Plant sciences that focus on plant diversity, distribution, genetics, bioinformatics and biotechnology related issues. Veterinary & animal sciences that deal with the health and diseases of vertebrate and invertebrate animals and their treatment related research.

A twelfth criterion — whether APC fees are clearly disclosed — is not scored here; it is left out of the total rather than counted as a failure. Publication charges appear in the metrics card above.
