The journal publishes scientific articles, book reviews, commentaries on national and European court judgments, expert opinions, and analytical legal materials. The journal’s mission is:●creating a platform for knowledge sharing and scientific communication● supporting young scientists, promoting their integration into the scientific community● promoting open science by providing free, unrestricted access to all published materials. Starting in 2026, the journal is published in a new format. Please refer to the section for authors for details on article design requirements.
