Aims & Scope
The Journal publishes original research papers, short communications, review articles, and news, directly related to all aspects of the food science: technology, engineering, nutrition, food chemistry, economics and management and be of general interest to the international scientific community. The Journal is aimed at the international scientific community, in particular, the publication of articles by experts in the field of food science and engineering, and serves as a forum for the exchange of information and views between academics and practitioners, data producers and users.
