Aims & Scope

Inflammation and Cell Signaling (Electronic ISSN 2330-7803) is an open access, peer-reviewed, online journal publishing articles of the highest quality pertaining to all aspects of inflammation and associated signal transduction pathways in normal and pathological conditions. It is becoming increasingly apparent that inflammation plays a central role in many diseases including “classic” inflammatory diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease to chronic disorders such as obesity, type-2 diabetes, schizophrenia, and cancer. The mission of this journal is to advance the understanding of molecular basis of inflammation and further promote the development of novel therapeutic strategies. Topics of interest include but are not limited to the following areas: Inflammation and associated signal transduction pathways Cell research in inflammation including immunity Inflammation and immunity in diseases Immune cell interactions with damaged or malignant cells Molecular and cellular basis of virus-host interactions Virus and Vaccine Innate immunity Transcriptional and epigenetic regulation of immune response Molecular imaging and diagnostics in inflammatory diseases Novel therapeutic strategies
