Aims & Scope
The Revista Española de Drogodependencias (RED), ISSN: 0213-7615 (print version) and ISSN: 2341-1759 (online version), is the first scientific publication in Spanish founded in 1976 and the Official Expression Organ of the Spanish Association for the Study of Drug Addictions (AESED). It is aimed at all professionals involved in the treatment and prevention of drug addictions and other addictions and its main objective is the scientific dissemination of research work related to alcoholism, drug addictions and other addictions, as well as contributing to the research process in addictions through the creation of information exchange links between professionals in the field. The Revista Española de Drogodependencias is published quarterly and is governed by the peer review system. It publishes original papers, review articles, opinion articles, legal articles, short communications, annotated international literature, news from the sector and the scientific societies involved, and other special articles on all fields of addictions and public administration, including epidemiology, prevention, treatment and health promotion, management and evaluation of policies and services, treatment, and environmental health, among others.
