Aims & Scope

The journal aims to provide an intellectual environment for national and international researchers to discuss their latest findings related to strategic policy research. It seeks to improve the state of this field in Iran and globally, offering solutions to theoretical and practical issues. The journal encourages researchers to submit their original and unpublished articles. It publishes reputable articles in areas such as political strategies of oil and policy, patterns of political behavior and their analysis, cultural studies and policy, international and local political conflicts, globalization and policy, political psychology, and international relations and affairs. To ensure better and faster access for researchers and libraries to the latest research findings, the journal allows open access to its articles. It utilizes databases like Magiran and Noormags for a distributed archival system for libraries and individuals, enabling libraries to maintain a complete collection of the journal's articles.

A twelfth criterion — whether APC fees are clearly disclosed — is not scored here; it is left out of the total rather than counted as a failure. Publication charges appear in the metrics card above.
