Aims & Scope

Fashion Studies is an interdisciplinary journal that engages with other disciplines, including pop culture and archeology, to critically study fashion. It welcomes innovative, multi-media, and diverse theoretical and methodological approaches, aiming to foster fashion as a fun, creative field of study with forward-thinking, cutting-edge submissions. The journal particularly encourages submissions from graduate students, minorities, activists, feminists, and independent scholars, and does not accept discriminatory, racist, sexist, or hateful content.
