Presenting various methods of organizational change, improvement and transformation in different organizations in the form of publishing scientific-research articles, both quantitative and qualitative, so that it can contribute to the scientific community in the field of change and transformation, as well as its contents to It can be used practically for organizations. Transformation management is a peer-reviewed journal with the aim of developing management knowledge as well as identifying management problems in organizations and finding solutions to operationalize sustainable changes in the organization. This journal welcomes conceptual and in-depth research articles in the following areas. The scope of the journal has been developed in such a way that it includes all the evolutionary aspects of the organization and at the same time emphasizes the characteristic of the organization in speeding up the path of strategy to operations.
