Research Briefs on Information & Communication Technology Evolution (ReBICTE, ISSN: 2383-9201) is a peer-reviewed, open-access, online scholarly journal dedicated to the rapid and reliable dissemination of original research and advanced development results across the full spectrum of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The primary purpose of ReBICTE is to provide a fast, effective, and academically rigorous platform for publishing high-quality research contributions in all areas of information and communication technologies. The journal is designed to support timely dissemination while maintaining strict peer-review and ethical publishing standards.
