Aims & Scope

Rocznik przekładoznawczy jest recenzowanym, punktowanym periodykiem skupionym wokół teorii, praktyki i dydaktyki przekładu. Stanowi platformę wymiany myśli między tłumaczami praktykami, dla których wykonywanie tłumaczeń jest działalnością przede wszystkim zarobkową, a pracownikami naukowo-dydaktycznymi, zajmującymi się problematyką translacji również, a czasem przede wszystkim, od strony teoretycznej. Struktura czasopisma ma charakter trójczłonowy. Na pierwszą część /„Artykuły i rozprawy”/ składają się teksty, dotyczące teorii, praktyki i dydaktyki przekładu oraz artykuły recenzyjne. Druga część /„Przekłady”/ obejmuje tłumaczenia artykułów przekładoznawczych. W tej części pragniemy prezentować czytelnikom najciekawsze światowe ustalenia współczesnej translatologii, jak i te koncepcje klasyczne, które dotąd nie doczekały się przekładu na język polski. Ostatnia część pisma /„Varia”/ ma charakter otwarty. Publikujemy w niej m.in. omówienia książek, sprawozdania, komunikaty, noty, im memoriam itd.
