Aims & Scope
The Romanian Journal of Applied Psychology (RJAP) is an Open Access, peer-reviewed journal committed to the broad dissemination of research findings across all domains of psychology. RJAP welcomes a diverse range of contributions, including empirical studies, systematic and scoping reviews, meta-analyses, and papers that advance methodological approaches. RJAP does not publish neither narrative or bibliometric reviews, nor theoretical papers. The journal emphasizes high-quality scholarly work from both researchers and practitioners, with a particular interest in studies that apply psychological principles to real-world issues. RJAP seeks articles that address phenomena from an applied perspective, aiming at both the prevention and intervention of psychological issues. Submissions are encouraged from all fields of applied psychology, such as work and organizational psychology, personality studies, occupational health, cross-cultural research, educational psychology, developmental studies, and environmental psychology, among others.
