Aims & Scope

Revista Interdisciplinaria de Estudios de Género de El Colegio de México is a scientific and electronic journal, peer-reviewed through an anonymous peer review process, focused on theoretical and methodological reflection. Since its inception in 2015, its main objective is to publish research results based on empirical data in the field of gender studies, and since 2024 it receives articles of theoretical reflection. Given the interdisciplinary nature of gender studies, works and reflections from academics and researchers from both factual and natural sciences as well as social and human sciences are welcome. Since 2018, the journal has adopted the continuous publication scheme in order to expedite scientific communication processes.
