Ius Inkarri es una publicación que fue fundada por el Dr. Iván Rodríguez Chávez (Cajamarca, 1941-Lima, 2023) en el año 2012, en el que se publicó el primer número. Desde este año hasta el año 2021, la frecuencia de publicación de la revista fue anual; y desde el año 2022 hasta la actualidad, tiene periodicidad semestral. El objetivo principal de Ius Inkarri es la difusión de artículos inéditos y originales que son el resultado de investigaciones sobre Derecho Constitucional, Derecho Penal, Derecho Internacional, Derechos Humanos, Derecho Administrativo, Derecho Civil, Derecho Comercial, Derecho Laboral, Derecho Procesal y Derecho Económico. Una característica distintiva de Ius Inkarri es su apertura hacia el debate contemporáneo e interdisciplinario del Derecho y la Literatura. La revista, en consecuencia, se posiciona como un espacio académico que combina la rigurosidad jurídica, el enfoque comparado e interdisciplinariedad, ofreciendo a sus lectores una mirada amplia sobre los desafíos del Derecho en el siglo XXI.
