Aims & Scope

The IBT Journal of Business Studies (JBS), published semi-annually by ILMA University, is a double-blind peer-reviewed journal that focuses on the evolving dynamics of business management and allied sciences within the context of globalization and international business. Recognizing the increasing relevance of regional issues in management sciences, JBS provides a platform for scholarly communication on contemporary and pertinent topics in these fields.The journal welcomes submissions of empirical research, conceptual frameworks, and critical reviews that contribute to the understanding of business management. All submissions undergo an initial screening by the editorial team before being subjected to a rigorous double-blind peer review process.
