University of Bologna · Italy
Aims & Scope
Labour & Law Issues (LLI) is a digital journal that deals with the law of individual and collective labor relations within the scope of legal and social sciences. LLI aims to initiate a discussion on the rules, values, and identity concepts of labor law and the hybridizations that cross it. Preferring a comparative and interdisciplinary analysis, LLI offers an open space for reflection on new work identities and new socialities shaped by contemporary production dynamics. The journal is aimed at a scientific-academic audience. Through dialogue among social sciences and humanities, the journal aims to contribute to the rethinking of the legal categories of reference for labor law, collective systems, and industrial relations. LLI is evaluated in Class A by ANVUR for the competitive sectors of area 12 (legal sciences).
