Aims & Scope

The Polish Journal of the Arts and Culture. New Series was established in 2015 as a platform for exchanging ideas, aimed at anyone who wishes to engage in an in-depth reflection on culture in all its manifestations – both material and symbolic – throughout cultural circles of the world and civilisations over the centuries. We encourage the authors to ask questions about the meanings hidden behind cultural products, to interpret and understand them. We seek innovative approaches and analyses that open new perspectives and provoke discussions. Our journal opens its pages to interdisciplinary and comparative research, because they offer insight into the studied phenomena from various, sometimes obscure perspectives.
