Aims & Scope

REVISTA DE DREPT CONSTITUTIONAL/CONSTITUTIONAL LAW REVIEW is a biannual publication that provides a scholarly forum to discuss constitutional law issues. It focuses on theoretical and practical questions and current developments in this field at national, European, and international levels, promoting constitutional theory and case law dialogue. Comparative law studies endorse a coherent understanding of Constitutional Law at the global level and modern standards for protecting fundamental rights and freedoms, standards laid down in national and international legislation, or codified by the Venice Commission. Moreover, the Journal provides information on recent constitutional developments relevant to practitioners and academics by presenting the case law of Constitutional Courts of other international bodies, European and universal standards to guarantee fundamental rights and freedoms. The Journal welcomes articles on doctrine, theory, and practice, case notes and book reviews, the submission of contributions from worldwide. Likewise, its pages are open to specialists in the country and abroad.
